Bathroom Pros NJ / Bath Planet is searching for an Experienced Professional, to streamline and provide their **EXPERTISE,** as an intricate member of our team.
**Summary**
Under the direction of the Installation Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for the purchasing of materials, equipment and supplies in the organization taking consideration cost, quality and production time restraints. This position will plan, develop, schedule, optimize, organize, direct, manage, evaluate, and be responsible/accountable for some or all the supply chains processes of the organization.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
* Ensure that cycle counts are accurate and turned in weekly.
* Strong Organization Skills and Attention to Detail are a MUST.
* Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents etc.
* Ensure effective and safe use of the warehouse equipment.
* Assess vendor capabilities, develop alternate sources and evaluate vendor performance.
* Establish department practices and procedures.
* Prepare status reports as needed, while **Developing** analytics, systems and data management capabilities.
* Manage and / or execute inventory purchases.
* Implement and adhere to transaction management best practices.
* Identify and manage risk within the supply chain.
* Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals.
* Develop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business.
* Perform other and responsibilities that are required or requested.
**Job skills Requirements:**
* Broad knowledge of purchasing function concepts and of supplier commodity process and practices.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for report writing presentations and interactions with diverse groups of people inside/outside of the corporation.
* Demonstrate proficiency with PC software (WP, spreadsheets) and technology.
* Home Improvement Knowledge is beneficial (Brownie Points).
* Proven ability to effectively **LEAD** a small team.
* Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.
