The salary for this role is $60,000 annually.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in our Philadelphia office at least 2+ days a week.

• 2-4 years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience operating Sony FX6, Sony A7 Series, or similar cinema cameras.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Preferred experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Expertise in color grading Log footage.
• Filming experience across various formats (e.g., testimonials, social media content, YouTube long forms, corporate events).
• Basic understanding of audio setups and microphone types.
• Basic knowledge of lighting setups.
• Proficiency in editing to meet various project-specific standards while ensuring content quality and accuracy.
• Ability to focus on editing for extended periods.
• A passion for the post-production process is essential – this role combines videography and editing, with a significant portion of the work focused on post-production.
• Willingness and physical ability to move and lift packages over 50 lbs.
• Willingness and ability to travel by air up to twice per quarter for filming at in-person events
• SMB Team has a flexible and generous PTO policy, however, your availability for filming is crucial.

In this role, you will serve as the videographer and video editor for all things SMB Team, Bill Hauser and Andrew Stickel, capturing mission-based objectives and unexpected moments in all areas of our business.

Imagine traveling from Philadelphia to Scottsdale, San Diego, Miami, and even internationally to capture clients, event attendees, and our fantastic team members throughout the country. Creative, be warned – this is NOT your typical job, and we're NOT looking for your typical candidate. You must be an expert conversationalist and enjoy translating everyday stories and moments into captivating media assets that drive results.

In this role, you will create content for our three brands: SMB Team, Bill Hauser, and Andrew Stickel. This will be done through engaging videography and beautiful photography. You will turn these media assets into a visual story to share with clients and our community the numerous ways we live our mission daily throughout the organization.

Additionally, you will attend our quarterly live events to capture these moments and provide AV support to our external AV teams. At the end of the day - you are the visual storyteller of our brand.

Lets face it, there are A LOT of creatives out there who want creative jobs and this is certainly one of the more fun jobs you will likely come across. But, the ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is technically savvy across the board and understands the tools of the trade: lights, cameras, and audio. Additionally, this creative will have an interest in creating content that CONVERTS in our marketing campaigns.

The non-negotiable? This person must be TEACHABLE and willing to learn on the STRATEGY side. We are looking for someone who is hungry and wants real-world, hands-on experience. Creative work is just that, creative! That means that a certain level of flexibility and ability to go with the flow is needed. Being able to take creative direction and feedback is crucial.

We are looking for a creative who understands that the BEST creative that converts is not always the most BEAUTIFUL creative. Therefore this person will need to be comfortable crafting both beautiful content as well as more FAST, User-Generated Content. We will teach you how to craft ads that connect and resonate with an audience, you just need to be teachable. 

NOTE: Only candidates with a PORTFOLIO or WEBSITE with multitude work examples will be considered for this role.
