Scheduling Manager/CNA Certified Nursing Assistant In El Paso, Tx INTERIM HEALTHCARE IS HIRING AN EXPERIENCED SCHEDULER FOR HOME CARE AGENCY THAT IS A CNA! Come join our team! We provide home care services at our client’s homes by sending caregivers to assist with activities such as, help with feeding, toileting, showering, bed baths, transfers, grooming, light housekeeping, transportation and more… We want YOU to join our great company and share our success!! • Pay range between $42,500 and $46,000 per year, with merit increases and bonuses

* Telehealth and other benefits CNA Home Care Schedulers assist with:

• Scheduling caregivers for home care assignments and are personally responsible that all shifts are covered by caregivers.
• Making sure that caregivers are clocking in and out on time and completing all the assigned tasks.
• Conducting Client-Caregiver introductions.
• Conducting home supervision visits and managing caregivers to achieve an acceptable level of patient/client satisfaction.
• Ensuring access to appropriately qualified support twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
• Ensuring that appropriate action is taken to resolve caregiver or client concerns or complaints.
• Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.

Requirements for our CNA Home Care Schedulers:

• Experience working as a scheduler at Home Care Agency (minimum 1 year)
• CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant).
• Knowledgeable of computer programs and business software.
• Speak Spanish
• Passion for Caring for Seniors.
