You'll also have the opportunity to work with Generative AI technologies, embedding their capabilities into our systems through prompt engineering.
This position focuses on the most modern technology and engineering disciplines, including generative AI, cloud computing, security, modern app stacks (Golang, Gatekeeper), open source technologies, and the latest in the Kubernetes ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to both engineering and research efforts.
Develop robust, scalable, and user-friendly AI solutions.
Work in a fast-paced environment tackling cutting-edge problems.
Pair program, embrace lean methodologies, and eliminate bureaucracy.
Deliver iterative solutions and pivot as needed.
Develop foundational components and mature AI/LLM technologies.
Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI and LLMs.
Required Skills:
Deep hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and scalable backend platforms.
Fluency in at least two programming languages, preferably Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Golang.
Experience designing control and sandboxing systems for AI research.
Proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Experience with bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs.
Understanding of language models and transformers.
Expertise in vector stores and search algorithms.
Large-scale ETL development experience.
Proven experience with high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.
Experience supporting fast-paced startup engineering teams.
Familiarity with LangChain and potential contributions to the project.
