PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR (PLS)
L eading civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture firm is looking to add a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to their growing team.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage survey projects and production of survey documents.
Manage and direct the work of the survey team to meet client scope, standards, and deadline.
Provide estimations needed to prepare bid proposals and assist in establishing completion dates.
Prepare construction staking plans, Boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, right-of-way surveys, plats, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, etc.
Work collaboratively with clients and engineering team on specifications and modifications during the execution of the project.
Engage in problem solving with municipal or utility companies in order to move a project forward.
Qualifications
Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Florida
5-8 years of broad survey experience.
Experience managing and overseeing survey related tasks and projects.
