I am currently looking for a Production Supervisor!

One of my best clients in the food manufacturing industry is confidentially seeking a Production Supervisor ! They are an employee-owned company, providing for more than 60 years the most delicious and high-quality products across the country.

What are we looking for in the next Production Supervisor?

J o b Description

* Lead a team of 15+ , implementing all company policies & industry regulations
* Implement an optimal plan of action to deliver high-quality products
* Oversee the hiring process, training, performance, and supervision of the team
* Manage production plans and schedules to maximize efficiency
* Manage and monitor supplies and equipment
* Develop plans & reports for department safety, budgets & production forecasts
* Interdepartmental collaboration
* Foster a flourishing work culture, in compliance with the highest safety, health & environmental standards (USDA, FDA, EPA, OSHA, etc.)
* You must be able to work M-F, and weekends as needed

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing / animal harvest environment
* Meat/seafood processing experience is required
* GMP's & HACCP
