The QTI Group is excited to announce that our client in Cottage Grove is currently seeking experienced candidates for their 3rd Shift Process Operator opening. As a Process Operator, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing chemical production processes. You will be responsible for adjusting key variables such as temperature, pressure, and feed rate to ensure efficient and safe operations. This position requires a keen attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chemical processes, adjusting variables as needed.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production equipment and processes.
• Record and input data related to chemical processes.
• Perform auxiliary tasks such as tank transfers and loading/unloading materials.

Preferred Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to operate a forklift; previous experience preferred.
• Experience with chemical handling and processing.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
