JOB DESCRIPTION

Outbounder/Sales Follow-up: We are seeking an Outbounder to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information along with financing options and solutions. Sales experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections
  • Works with dispatch and sales team.
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Closes deals on the phone as follow up requires
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties: Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer. Develop your expertise: As a follow up sales specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing leads as pertaining to follow-up. This role plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness and building long lasting relationships with current customer base. Job Requirements: You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself. You’re even willing to be cross-trained in other areas. You’re a tech-savvy people-person: You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing the technical challenges you’re posed with every day. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a client professionally. You’re ready to work: Candidate must research, stay ahead of, and to a degree… predict industry trends. The ideal candidate will be able to easily adapt to industry and client changes in order to prove success for the campaign. You’re a professional: Responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing project actions and leading projects from ideation through to completion, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
