**Neuropsychology opening in Illinois**
Located in Kankakee, IL - Chicago 60m

**Responsibilities**

* Attends regularly scheduled staffing and case reviews.
* Consultant to the physicians regarding advisability of and methods of psychological testing and to the administration of such tests to appropriate patients.
* Coordinates and supervises psychology students of accredited universities during their clinical practicum.
* Coordinates educational programs for Rehab Unit Staff, other hospital departments, and the community in coordination with the Rehab Unit Manager.
* Identify, develop, implement and name psychological services consistent with the operating needs of the 4th Rehab unit.
* Provide psychological testing and consultive service for inpatients and other psychiatric evaluation services upon consultation of staff physician orders.
* Provides individual therapy for patients upon request of physician.

**Experience/Education Requirements:**

* PhD in Clinical Psychology or professional doctorate degree with certification as a registered psychologist (able to perform independently)
* Prior experience in the rehabilitation inpatient setting preferred, with supervised clinical experience in the various treatment modalities
* 2 years of experience in the various treatment modalities
* 2 years of experience or supervised training in performing psychological testing, including neuropsychological and personality batteries
