As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll orchestrate seamless customer shipments from planning to delivery. Navigate domestic and international logistics with finesse, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations every step of the way. Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A college degree is preferred, not required.
- Good management and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:
- A college degree is preferred, not required.
- At least one year of Logistics or freight forwarding experience is preferred.
- At least one year of direct customer service experience.
- At least one year of experience in logistics and supply chain management software (Cargo Wise 1 preferred).
salary: $19 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Handle all inquiries and requests efficiently and promptly.
- Organize shipments by assessing destination, route, rate, delivery time, and carrier dispatches.
- Maintain and generate files with all essential booking details (Purchase Order, Booking, Container Size, Temperature, Sail Date, etc.).
- Verify shipped merchandise by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and identifying discrepancies.
- Keep customers informed about any product discrepancies received, such as damage, shortages, or overages.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure cargo is traced, cleared, and released at port facilities.
- Communicate with carriers to resolve any arising issues.
- Manage multiple on-hand reports.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required.
- Promptly report and document any irregularities to supervisors.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
