$60,000 - $150,000, depending on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning kitchen spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss design preferences and goals

- Conduct site measurements and assessments

- Create 2D and 3D design plans and renderings

- Select and specify materials, finishes, and fixtures

- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers

- Manage project timelines and budgets

- Ensure designs meet safety and accessibility standards

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

- Proficiency in design software (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit)

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Certification in Interior Design (e.g. NCIDQ) an asset
