Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential technical support to both onsite staff and remote employees. As a temporary position, the length of the role is to be determined.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support in-person, ensuring users' needs are met efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT equipment inventory
Create and update detailed documentation for troubleshooting and training purposes
Configure and deploy devices using tools such as Microsoft Intune
Assist with network troubleshooting, including resolving Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity issues
Support cloud-based applications and services to ensure smooth operations
Perform basic hardware repairs and replacements as needed
Help with desk furniture assembly and the mounting of electronic devices
Ensure compliance with IT policies and maintain a high level of security awareness

Qualifications:

Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with Windows 11 Pro, iOS, Office 365, and other essential software
Knowledge of network fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and static IP configurations
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist users and team members
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a variety of physical environments, including outdoor job sites

Compensation: $20-30/hr, based on experience
