As a Server at Taj on Fifth, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing top-notch service and hospitality in a family-friendly environment. Your approachability and warm demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations on menu items and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and meet our quality standards.
• Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Foster a family-friendly environment by being approachable and attentive to guests of all ages.
