Position Overview: Seeking a seasoned Home Health Care Administrator to oversee our home health agency in Florida's Region 5. This role involves significant leadership responsibilities, including the management and growth of the agency, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining regulatory compliance (AHCA and CHAP). Payer sources include Private Pay, VA, and Managed Care Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Develop and enforce agency policies and procedures in line with AHCA regulations.
• Lead and evaluate clinical teams, enhancing operational effectiveness and patient outcomes.
• Drive strategic initiatives for growth, including community engagement and service promotion.
• Ensure financial accountability, manage budgets, and oversee billing processes.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and prepare for audits.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with current licensure in Florida preferred, but not required.
• Associate Degree or higher in a related field.
• Extensive experience in home health management and networking within Florida.
• Proven track record in P&L management and knowledge of CHAP accreditation rules.
• Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shift
• Availability to team on off-hours to assist with urgent issues as needed

• In-person in Florida's Region 5. Headquarters located in St. Petersburg, FL.
