Recruiter - Healthcare Experience
Location: In office - Arkansas (72022) Must be local.
Hybrid Schedule - may be eligible for Hybrid schedule after training.

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with experience working with VMS clients placing Travel Nurses and PRN's to work in the US. 
 
In this role you will source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals interested in travel career or PRN opportunities. You will be expected to provide a top-notch experience to healthcare professionals through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service. Must exhibit st rong interpersonal skills for relationship building with both candidates and hiring managers. Must show ample experience with VMS clients and understand technology. 

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

• Quickly Identify qualified healthcare professionals for shot and long term assignments
• Document and maintain up to date records of Healthcare community utilizing sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Build a pipeline of Healthcare professionals to curate a collection of available and qualified talent ready to work. 
• Submitting and onboarding through specific clients VMS
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Tech Savvy and detailed oriented 

Required Qualifications:

• MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience working with VMS clients in the Healthcare industry 
• MUST have a minimum 2-year experience in a metrics driven recruitment environment.
• MUST have a minimum 2-year experience in Healthcare Recruiting for PRN / Travel Nurse assignments.
• Enthusiastic about being part of a recruiting organization that recognizes your talent.

Compensation: Base pay with opportunity for incentive bonus pay based on experience and performance.

Ability to work standard office hours (min 8 hours a day) during the hours of 7am(CST)-7pm(CST)
High School Diploma
