We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Guidewire Certified Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Guidewire applications and a solid understanding of insurance domain processes. As a Guidewire Certified Tester you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans identifying defects and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Guidewire applications including PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
Perform functional regression integration and performance testing to ensure software meets specified requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design test scenarios that align with business goals.
Identify document and track defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans test cases and test scripts.
Participate in test automation efforts if applicable and support the development of automated test scripts.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on testing processes and methodologies.
Stay uptodate with the latest Guidewire features industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Guidewire Certification in one or more of the following: PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of X years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on Guidewire applications.
Proven experience with Guidewire testing tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of insurance business processes and domain knowledge.
Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and using defect tracking tools.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting languages is a plus.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
