Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is seeking an FMS Program Analyst to support our NAVAIR customer in Patuxent River, MD. The Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements. The anticipated award date for this contract is November 2024.

Essential Job Duties:

• Assist the Case Manager with the development, assembly, and quality assurance of briefs for internal and external stakeholders, including utilizing appropriate dissemination control markings
• Maintain correspondence database, including tracking international partner response due dates
• Assist Case Manager in planning Program Management Reviews (PMRs) including corresponding with meeting site to coordinate visit requests, attendee invitations, site hospitality, and parking requirements
• Edit and QA meeting documents with input from the government
• Assist in the development, review, and QA of Statements of Work and CDRL exhibits
• Assist in creating Program Initiation Documents, attend meetings in support of contracting efforts including Case amendments and modifications
• Provide input, adjudicate comments, and create adjudication letters for CDRL Deliverables
• Maintain CDRL database to ensure industry is providing CDRLs according to the delivery schedule

Required Experience:

• 3 - 10 years years of functional experience.

Education Requirements:

• BA/BS degree.

Security Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
