Position Overview:

This is a remote employee role (not a contractor position) with flexible hours ranging from 20-40 hours per week. As a Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager, you will interact directly with our clients, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.

What You'll Do:

Manage multiple clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Take on executive assistant responsibilities, overseeing projects such as marketing systems, website edits, and social media management.
Ensure top-quality customer experiences and manage customer flow efficiently.
Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to clients.
Track and report time accurately.
Participate in regular team and strategy meetings; lead client meetings.
Ideal Candidate:

Proactive and driven to exceed expectations.
Capable of working independently within a remote team environment.
Extensive experience in customer service.
Proficiency in systems like Google Suite, Asana, Wordpress, and CRM platforms.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Resourceful and detail-oriented with excellent grammar skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM's, and project management software.
Minimum 5 years of executive assistant/project management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Home office setup including a computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
