Village Green Llc in Spring, TX is looking for one executive director to join our 23 person strong team. We are located on 19065 Champion Forest Dr., Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

1. Making sure resident care is the top priority.
2. Flexible schedule
3. Experience in state regulations, scheduling, and other things pertaining to a management role.
4. Desire to help on the floor, and work when needed.
5. Responsibilities also include scheduling NP visits as well as podiatrist, hair stylist, and dentist.
6. You will be responsible for doing groceries for your building as well as making sure you are stocked on supplies.
7. Managers are required to conduct tours. You will become the face of your building.
8. We value someone with a compassionate heart that empathizes with our families as well as our staff.
9. Must be a dog person!
10. Exhibit a willingness to learn and practice our mission and philosophies to change the face of senior dementia care.
