Job Description: Think Tell Junction is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our clients' high expectations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide event proposals.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, catering, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Oversee event execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events.
