Key Responsibilities:

• Tutor Matching: Connect students with the right tutors based on their needs and goals.
• Guidance: Provide support and guidance to both parents and tutors to ensure a seamless tutoring experience.
• Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on tutoring sessions to maintain high retention rates and address any issues.
• Tutoring Plans: Develop personalized tutoring plans that align with student goals and academic needs.
• Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, communications, and documentation related to tutoring sessions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an educational or tutoring environment.
• Skills: Energetic, tech-savvy, and able to effectively communicate and build relationships with parents and tutors.
• Commitment: Passionate about helping students succeed and willing to dedicate time to ensuring high-quality tutoring experiences.
