**Customer Service/Loan Processor**

Loan Processing Tempe, Arizona Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$18 an hour** For this position, we are looking for an energetic and friendly loan processor who is not afraid of learning new things and helping new customers. No experience needed and all training is done in-house. We like to have a high energy and upbeat environment! If you are flexible and open-minded then this is the job for you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

To start, you will be working with a team of people dedicated to helping customers find the best title loan option based on their current circumstances. We help facilitate title loans in 46 states and have a variety of different lenders each with different requirements. We are the largest title loan broker in the nation and are quickly expanding into other loan options.

You will have a large number of customers that you will be dealing with on a daily basis. We have our own software that helps keep track of our customers and their progress within obtaining the loan.

Requirements for the job:

1) You must know how to multi-task. You will have three computer screens and things open on all of them.

2) You must have a very positive voice that is easy to understand. If, by chance you are bi-lingual that is a positive but not required

3) You must know how to type. We are not looking for speed-demons here, just not hunt and peck.

Simply put we are looking for energetic characters who have a passion for helping others.

There's no cold calling at any point. Any lead that we have is from a customer who has applied for a title loan.

We have strong relationships with some of the nations largest lenders, so attention to detail and professionalism are essential to performing the job well.

This is a team environment so you must be able to get along well with others. We have friendly competitions every so often amongst each other.

* Monthly bonus structure set up for group performance. If the funded loan goal is hit, each processor receives upwards of $500 depending on how many are funded that month.
