The Corporate Trainer and Coach plays a dual role of developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs for company employees, while also providing personalized coaching to support individual growth and performance. Partner with HR and management to align training with succession planning, talent development, and employee retention strategies.
Continuous Learning :
Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in training and coaching.
Attend workshops, read publications, and network with other professionals to enhance personal knowledge and training delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
7+ years of experience in corporate training.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
Proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development, and soft-skills development.
Knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
Ability to analyze training needs and employee performance.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Certification in coaching or a related field is a plus.
