Our proprietary whole genome analysis platform allows us to better understand a person’s genetic makeup, leading to unmatched diagnostic capabilities and improved personalized treatment recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage incoming correspondences
• Distribute correspondence to appropriate team members
• Send medical record to payors 
• Task management, collaboration and assistance to Clinical Coordinators and sales

Qualifications:

• Courteous, caring and always willing to assist others
• Dependable, detail oriented with a sense of urgency
• Willing to learn and internalize procedures and methods

Requirements::

• Computer skills including web surfing 
• Use of Microsoft office or Google equivalent tools
• Multitasking
• Collaborating and working with others
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Location: Framingham, MA or Hybrid
