BRAND AMBASSADOR (INTERN)

Location: On Campus & Remote

**NOTE: Intern Applicant must be currently enrolled in school AND live on-campus or within very close proximity to the school campus to qualify for this internship opportunity.

NIL refers to the rights of student-athletes to control and profit from their name (N), image (I) and likeness (L). BIG NIL Inc provides officially licensed print-on-demand apparel and merchandise products for student-athlete and school brands under the NIL. Through NIL policies, student-athletes may monetize their personal brand and endorsements while participating in sports.

BIG NIL INC. is seeking experienced, personable, and well-organized Brand Ambassador to join our team. This position provides the flexibility to work on your school campus and work with Big NIL Inc remotely.

This position requires great communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve and impeccable attention to detail. Previous experience in Brand Ambassador/Marketing roles is highly recommended, as well as a strong understanding of college/high school sports, fan apparel, your local/school community, and the clients (student-athletes) we serve within your school athletic program.

NIL BRAND AMBASSADOR INTERN

A Brand Ambassador, or Brand Representative, is responsible for promoting BigNIL's student-athlete opportunities and custom products through the NIL. Ideal Brand Ambassador Interns have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the marketing landscape. Brand Ambassadors work to create successful at brand marketing initiatives and campaigns for BigNIL. Your ability to develop unique brand messaging, negotiate and secure partnerships as well as build student-athlete relationships is important. Other important key roles and characteristics of an BigNIL Brand Ambassador include:

• Search and contact student-athletes via in-person, online, and through social networking
• Research student-athletes and invite them to signup with BigNIL
• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating student-athlete candidates
• Develop social media strategies to include constantly changing metrics and responses to student-athlete engagements
• Develop product marketing campaigns to help secure new student-athletes
• Create website content including blogs which will attract new student-athletes while growing our expertise in our social media spaces
• Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends
• Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and activations
• Develop new strategies for increasing student-athlete and fan engagement
• Assist with photo/video content shoots
• Ensure brand message is consistent
• Other duties as assigned
