Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper with exceptional QuickBooks and payroll expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proven track record of effectively managing financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.



2. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions regularly to ensure accuracy.



3. Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner.



4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements.



5. Generate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.



6. Collaborate with other team members to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.



7. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in healthcare.



2. Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced knowledge of payroll processing.



3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.



4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.



5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.



6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



8. Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools.



9. Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor is a plus.
