Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain meticulous general ledger records
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts monthly
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support informed decision-making
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and automation
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and macros (a big plus!)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online a plus)
