Position Overview:

We are seeking, motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience practicing law in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in medical malpractice and healthcare law, with a desire to work on challenging cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and trial of complex medical malpractice cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and witnesses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 1-3 years of experience practicing law in California, preferably in medical malpractice, healthcare law, personal injury, disability, or insurance defense.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
