Coastal Welding Supply, An AWG Company, has an immediate opening for a Class A CDL Delivery Driver at our Beaumont, TX location.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide cylinder and/or bulk deliveries to customers and inner branches using a combination tractor-trailer truck. 
• Perform inventory control functions.
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment.
• Ensures vehicles are appropriately placarded and/or labeled.
• Ensures compliance with CGMP, Hazmat, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory agencies.
• Ensures appropriate preparation, completion, and accuracy of paperwork. 
• Maintains cleanliness of the vehicle 
• Maintain electronic trip logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Achieve delivery objectives set forth by the manager.
• Overnight trips may be required. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Class A CDL Required with Hazmat Endorsement
• Clean commercial driving record of 3+ years
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; Lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.)
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and company-administered road test.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Drug-Free work environment
